Intensive Care Unit ICU Registered Nurse RN

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit ICU Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration and wound care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and communicate with the healthcare team as needed.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition to home or other healthcare settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas required.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- 1 year of critical care experience preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Texas.
