Job Title: Guest Services

At Chicken Coup, LLC, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Guest Services representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, listening to and accommodating their needs.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room and restroom environment.
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Multitask and stay organized to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Embody a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Be open to coaching and mentoring, as we foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
