Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at Neville Foot and Ankle Centers. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed
  • Collect co-pays, process paperwork, and schedule appointments
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate reordering
  • Keep patient records and work areas clean and organized
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for patients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Eclinical Works experience
  • Completion of a certificate program in the medical field
