About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA). As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the patient encounter, including verifying patient information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Patient Encounters: Verify patient name, address, phone number, and health insurance coverage, primary physician, and referring physician.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Respond to multi-line phones and provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
  • Open the Department: Ensure the department is open and ready for patients on time.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
