Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at Faithful Friends Animal Clinic. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients and clients through our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions, and triage client concerns in a calm and compassionate manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients, and process payments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, answer calls and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred.
  • Skills: Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator with high organizational skills and computer proficiency.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-starter with a desire to continue advancing knowledge and skillset.
