Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Rogers Embassy Suites. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the front desk team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and motivate the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including property management systems and other relevant software.
