Job Summary:

As a Program Manager for IT Projects at Capgemini Government Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of IT projects from initiation to delivery. This includes managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes. You will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Supervise and manage all contractor personnel.
• Coordinate program and schedule management.
• Serve as the Transition Manager during transition-in and transition-out activities.
• Ensure flawless execution of project tasks and objectives.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to acquire and uphold Government Security Clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• At least seven (7) years of demonstrated experience managing programs and projects of similar size.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in good standing, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in implementing Taxpayer Experience Platform.
• Experience in communicating with leadership of other contractors.
• Availability during normal hours of operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating, directing, and managing multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
• Demonstrable skill in effectively communicating with senior executives within a customer organization.
• Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and successfully implement in accordance with approved plans.
