Creative Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager - Creative Experience to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing effective store recovery standards, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining a customer-centric shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Store Recovery Efforts: Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage Front-End Operations: Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs.
- Plan and Execute Events: Lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs, promoting a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Manage Omnichannel Processes: Lead the delivery of seamless omnichannel experiences, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Shrink and Safety Management: Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledging customers, helping locate products, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Team Development: Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve results, participate in the performance management process, and support Talent Development.
- Manager on Duty: Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation during your shift.
- Interpersonal Skills: Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations.
- Retail Management Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of retail management experience, with a focus on customer experience and front-end operations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Work Environment: Public retail store setting, with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks.
