The Human Resources Generalist will be stationed at our facility and will extend support to associated locations. This role encompasses a variety of essential functions within the HR department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment and onboarding, data management, compliance oversight, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and the enforcement of company policies.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in managing benefits, compensation, and related HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll/timekeeping software.
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Must be approachable, respectful, and team-oriented, fostering positive working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
