We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager - Creative Experience to lead our store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Manage Front-End Operations: Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieve your KPIs, and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs.
- Plan and Execute Events: Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs.
- Lead Omnichannel Processes: Lead the omnichannel processes to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Manage Shrink and Safety Programs: Manage and execute shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with Cash Reconciliation and Inventory Processes: Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, and assist with inventory processes to include Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results, participate in the performance management process, and support Talent Development of your team.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD): Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and interact with customers in an accepting and respectful manner.
- Participate in Truck Unloading and Stocking Processes: Participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
- Retail Management Experience: Retail management experience is preferred.
- Ability to Remain Standing for Long Periods: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to Move Throughout the Store: Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular Bending, Lifting, Carrying, Reaching, and Stretching: Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting Heavy Boxes and Accessing High Shelves: Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
