Job Overview

Mantek Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Resource Specialist to join our Integrated Operations Planning & Support Services (IOPSS) Team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the option to convert to a direct hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and forecast resource utilization, process billings, and heavy invoices.
  • Verify performance and status of water supplies, power supplies, and coordinate acquisition of related resources.
  • Administer water management or power programs and agreements, developing guidelines, procedures, and certification methodologies.
  • Recommend water or power program efficiencies and improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or master's degree and 2 years of experience.
  • Expert knowledge of MSOffice, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and finance, contract administration, preparing reports, and SharePoint.
  • Heavy invoicing processing experience is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at the executive level.
  • Valid CA driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • General Electric Utility knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in the electrical or energy industry is highly valued.
