Human Resources Specialist

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to all employees, supervisors, and managers related to HR training and development within our Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer the LMS, including logging, tracking, and implementing training content and modules
- Ensure staff accessibility to online courses and align system hierarchy and organizational charts
- Develop and analyze training reports to monitor and promote training activities
- Maintain and track key HRIS data, ensuring the integrity of the data
- Support in the development of reports to track quantifiable HR data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in organization development and/or training, database, HRIS or LMS systems
- Strong knowledge of training techniques, various training models, and learning theories
- Strong knowledge of employee relations issues and applicable employment law
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and database skills
