We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team in a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service, perform complex blood collections, and be the face of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage billing and payment processes as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
  • Travel to additional sites as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
