Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth objectives. Collaborating closely with Sales representatives and management, your responsibilities will include identifying new account opportunities and conducting thorough research.

Utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, you will map out key stakeholders within target organizations and leverage your understanding of Third Bridge's offerings to devise effective strategies for securing their business.

With the backing of your supportive team, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, client preferences, and anticipate the investment solutions required by prospective clients.

Your role will involve scheduling and participating in calls with representatives and prospects, providing assistance throughout the entire sales process. This may encompass conducting trials, delivering product demonstrations, and documenting the process through notes and summaries.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a commercial or sales environment, ready to contribute from day one.

You should demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the financial services sector, eager to gain insights into the sales lifecycle and how to effectively present our investment research and solutions to clients.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a natural curiosity to understand customer needs and preferences.

Organizational skills are crucial, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage with various prospects at different stages of the sales lifecycle.

Resilience and Persistence: You will approach every outreach and conversation with determination, recognizing that success often requires multiple attempts.

Your ambition for personal and team success will drive you to learn from top industry representatives, immersing yourself in the investment landscape through research and utilizing the tools provided by Third Bridge to ensure your success.

Additional Information

Compensation: $60,000 plus OTE and benefits

Vacation: 15 days (increasing to 20 days after two years) plus US Holidays
