Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of MDS experience and be skilled in:

  • Conducting and coordinating resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating written policies and procedures related to the resident assessment process.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance programs for resident assessments/care plans.

In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive high-quality care. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate and comprehensive resident assessments.
