Premier Washington is seeking a highly skilled RNAC Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment including the implementation of RAPS and Triggers.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of MDS experience and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Conduct preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident, utilizing the forms required by current rules, regulations, and facility policies.
  • Maintain and periodically update written policies and procedures that govern the development, use, and implementation of the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan.
  • Auditing the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan for completeness, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
  • Audits the CMI for accuracy.
  • Ensure that appropriate health professionals are involved in the assessment.
