Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Contact Center Representative to join our team at Ultimate Staffing Services. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and families interested in our online programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150-200 calls/emails per day to students who have requested information about our online programs
- Establish contact with students through a variety of outreach strategies, including calls, texts, emails, and chats
- Transition students to a Program Manager who will provide details about the program, curriculum, and application process
- Work closely with Program Managers to ensure a seamless experience for students
Requirements:
- Well-organized and diligent with a results-driven approach
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
