Job Overview

As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative at Medix, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their pharmacy needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a call center environment, utilizing your communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with refill eligibility and prior authorizations
  • Connect with patients before transferring calls to nurses or pharmacists
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • FL Pharm Tech License
  • Call Center Experience

Work Schedule:

The schedule will most likely be 10a-7p or 11a-8p, with 3 weeks of training from 8a-5p. You will have 4 weeks of no time off.
