Patient Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at SAC Health. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic front office, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling for all clinical departments, ensuring timely and efficient appointment management.
- Expedite patient flow through the clinic front office by verifying patient information, checking patients in, and ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Determine insurance coverage and financial qualifications for discount programs, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
- Update patient information in our computer system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team in achieving our mission to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- EPIC certification for the module you have been hired into is a must.
- Medical terminology and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred.
