Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at National Spine & Pain Centers. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient check-in and check-out procedures, including demographic and insurance information entry into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and providers to maintain accurate demographic information and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and process medical records requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of administrative medical office experience, preferably in a specialty practice.
  • Experience with EMR systems is essential.
  • Background check and authorization to work in the United States required.
