About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires at least one year of experience in a medical office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating referrals to other medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel patients on health-related issues and provide education on disease prevention and management.
  • Order and maintain clinical supplies and pharmaceuticals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate referrals to other medical services, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
  • Triage phone calls and address patient portal messages, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Obtain prior authorization for medications and diagnostic testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality assurance for office lab, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure patients have adequate supplies of medication.
