Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively executes indirect patient care responsibilities, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and treatment areas are orderly and adequately stocked.
  • Works collaboratively with therapists to clarify and execute patient care tasks.
  • Facilitates coordination of patient care with rehabilitation staff, contributing to overall departmental efficiency.
  • Employs appropriate resources and seeks guidance from specialists to enhance patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: No prior experience required

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide care that aligns with professional standards and caters to individual patient needs
  • Proficient in collaborating with diverse individuals across various levels

Licenses and Certifications:

  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification required
