Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Liberty Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our cardiovascular specialists clinic. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, treating, and caring for patients with cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing services, including assessment, treatment, and care of patients in the clinic setting.
  • Coordinate care planning and serve as a liaison between patients and medical care providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program.
  • Minimum two (2) years' LPN experience.
  • Current Missouri Practical Nursing license.
  • BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cardiac and telemetry patients.
  • Background in physician office experience.
