Job Summary:
At Liberty Hospital, we are seeking a skilled CT Imaging Specialist to operate our CT scanner and produce high-quality computerized tomographic radiographs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and be able to prepare patients, equipment, and supplies according to age-specific standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanner to produce high-quality images
- Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies according to age-specific standards
- Process images and produce computerized tomographic radiographs as ordered
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or eligible
- CT certification within 1 year
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology
- Minimum one (1) year dedicated CT experience; one (1) year diagnostic radiology experience
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
