Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Genetic Counselor to join our team at Liberty Hospital. As a Genetic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert genetic counseling services to patients, including consulting and coordinating genetic counseling services for all patients served by the New Liberty Hospital District.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide genetic counseling services to patients, including risk assessment, testing, and education
• Consult with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Coordinate genetic counseling services for patients, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and providers
• Develop and implement genetic counseling programs to meet the needs of patients and providers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest genetic research and technologies to provide the best possible care for patients

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or related field
• Certification as a Genetic Counselor (CGC)
• Experience in genetic counseling or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
