Job Summary:

At Liberty Hospital, we are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating the CT scanner and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients, rooms, equipment, and supplies according to age-specific standards.
  • Operate the CT scanner to produce computerized tomographic radiographs as ordered or directed.
  • Ensure that all images are of high quality and meet established standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and images.

Requirements:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or eligible.
  • CT certification within 1 year.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology.
  • Minimum one (1) year dedicated CT experience; one (1) year diagnostic radiology experience.
  • BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of CT scanner operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
