Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
  • Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals, including debt consolidation, home and auto repairs, and medical procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
  • Ability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule with some extended hours as needed.
