Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing and growing a global Amazon marketplace business
  • Leadership and management experience directing exempt level direct reports
  • Excellent consumer analytic skills and ability to extract data and translate into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to flex style to audience, inspire others with a results-oriented approach across multiple business functions
