Automotive Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals who are passionate about assisting customers with their automotive challenges to fill the role of Retail Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate at our U Pull & Pay location, you will be responsible for:
- Embracing a culture that prioritizes "Safety First" and "Environmental Stewardship" while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Executing daily tasks with a positive mindset, reflecting our core values: Respect, Help, Learn & Grow.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the facility and your workspace.
- Engaging with customers to provide friendly, professional service.
- Assisting customers in utilizing our digital kiosks or mobile devices to access inventory.
- Processing cash and credit transactions at admissions and checkout.
- Handling car titles and related documentation.
- Accurately entering data into our systems for record-keeping.
- Communicating warranty information and sales promotions to customers.
- Meeting individual and team performance objectives.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including the dress code.
- Learning new skills and supporting your colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including cash handling.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices.
- The capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stretch as required.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
- Experience in auto parts sales.
