Key Responsibilities- Product Development and Sales: Develop and grow our automotive paint and ancillary paint products in your designated territory.
- Customer Training and Support: Train and support collision repair shops and auto body suppliers/jobbers on the features, benefits, and proper use of our products.
- Territory Management: Visit jobbers and body-shop customers in your designated territory on a daily basis to demonstrate the use, features, and benefits of our products.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting jobbers and body shops for our portfolio of products in your designated territory.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers in your territory and assist in technical support in other regions as requested by your manager.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor activities, prices, and market intelligence and make recommendations on price and marketing strategies to optimize profitable sales growth in your territory.
- Product Research and Development: Make recommendations to management on new products required to fit market needs and assist in research and testing prior to introduction.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow-up with customers to confirm that they are achieving good results with the use of our refinishing products.
- Demonstrations and Training: Prepare and host demonstrations of our product lines in a professional manner and assist in creating a formal program to educate customers about our paint and ancillary product lines.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere strictly to all Automotive Art service, housekeeping, security, safety, code of conduct, ethics, uniform standards, operating practices, and other rules and policies as developed or amended from time to time.
- Teamwork and Communication: Develop and maintain a team working relationship based on mutual respect for other employees.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive pay dependent upon experience, including base pay, commission, and bonus.
