Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in retail management within a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail and food service operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Point of Sale systems with inventory management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 30 lbs.) regularly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or GED, along with three to five years of relevant experience or training, is required.
