Doughnut Connoisseur

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Krispy Kreme team as a Doughnut Specialist. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our stores are well-organized and inviting.

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and accepting payments at the register.
• Prepare and serve our delicious doughnuts, ensuring they are made to perfection and presented in an appealing manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms, windows, and the exterior of the shop.
• Unload delivery trucks and assist with other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction and happiness.
• Offer samples to customers to showcase our sweet treats and provide a memorable experience.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Basic mathematical and literacy skills to handle cash and make change.
• A high school diploma is preferred but not required.
