Our Mission:

This position is crucial for enhancing our Partner Strategy. While our Professional Services team has successfully onboarded partners, we now require this role to spearhead the development of effective operational and governance structures. This will ensure that our partners, supported by our resources, can achieve exceptional customer outcomes through their collaboration with Pigment.

Who You Are:

This role blends technical acumen, operational expertise, and relationship management. You possess a proven track record in delivering projects within a similar context to Pigment, particularly in business modeling technology where success hinges on user engagement. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships across diverse stakeholders is complemented by your capacity to empower and enable others.

This position reports to the Global Head of Partnerships and collaborates closely with regional Professional Services leadership, with a counterpart in another geographical area.

Key Outcomes:

  • Enablement: Guarantee that partners fully comply with our Enablement Program and its stipulations.
  • Program Adherence: Ensure partners meet our compliance requirements throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct bi-monthly meetings with partners engaged in active projects to verify the accuracy of their project status and time tracking.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with partners and customers to address risks, involving cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Scaling Initiatives: Facilitate the completion of Partner go-live surveys and work together to resolve Partner Delivery and Compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and execution of Partner Statements of Work (SOWs) and Time Tracking setup.
  • Ensure compliance with the delivery ramp process among partners.
  • Verify the accuracy of project delivery status for partner-led initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks in partner-led projects by reviewing tracking systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related issues with partners.
  • Provide critical feedback to Partner Enablement regarding patterns in delivery challenges.
  • Stay updated on Pigment developments to support the certification of Partner Built Demo Assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in EPM consulting, either as a Solution Architect, Project Manager at an EPM vendor, or as an EPM Implementation Consultant at a Systems Integrator.
  • Familiarity with agile implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Highly organized, customer-centric, and innovative.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
