The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wealth management and be able to work closely with our Advisors and Partners to identify value-added services for our clients. You will also be responsible for establishing high trust relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact and liaising between clients and Advisors/Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on client retention and manage new client implementation process
- Establish high trust relationships with clients to act as first point of contact and liaise between client and Advisor/Partner
- Assist Advisors and Partners in executing on daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
- Collaborate across centralized operational departments for efficiencies, best practices, and to achieve highest level of service
- Work directly with third-party custodians and vendors, meeting industry cut-off times, and implementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
- Populate and maintain systems data and client files, coordinate billing, journals, transfers, and review monthly cash reports
- Research unique and complex financial situations as they arise
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience working in a team environment preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
