The ideal candidate has a proven track record of accounting experience. They should be excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time. A self-oriented, organized, great communicator, and approachable individual who is comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.
Key Responsibilities/Skills- Manage, scan, and enter invoices into TimberScan
- Maintain accounts payable aging reconciliation
- Run and analyze the open report on a weekly basis
- Ensure three-way match compliance
- Setup and maintenance of vendor accounts
- Successfully manage all vendor responsibilities
- Reconciliation of accounts on hold
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Adherence to department KPIs
- Work collaboratively with other colleagues in all regions
- Handles all vendors and internal staff correspondence via phone or email
- Communicate with vendors and internal staff members in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist specialist and manager with miscellaneous tasks
We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including health insurance, vision, dental, life, and paid time off. Our compensation package ranges from $58,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year.
