Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Organize and maintain client files and case documents
  • Assist the attorney in trial and hearing preparation
  • Schedule appointments and manage the attorney's calendar
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Prepare correspondence and draft legal documents
  • Maintain document management systems and legal case software
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with excellent typing and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with document management systems and legal case software is a plus.
