CABS/Usage Support

Innovative Systems is currently seeking applicants for a Support Specialist to join our talented CABS/Usage team.

When you are part of the Innovative Systems’ CABS/Usage team as a Support Specialist, you will:

• Delivering excellent customer service for the eLation Usage and CABS software. This includes taking ownership of client issues and tracking them through completion, reporting bugs and testing software fixes.
• Lead Usage and CABS conversions independently. Work with new clients to understand their practices, set configuration within the eLation software, and audit data.
• Train new and existing clients on new functionality within the Usage and CABS software.
• Optimize application performance and scalability when needed.

These are skills that we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple items simultaneously, and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, self-driven, and open to change.
• Preferred background includes a telecommunications degree and/or software support experience. Prior telecommunications experience with either Usage/CABS software, wireless knowledge or meter utilities experience is a plus.

These skills would be helpful but are not required:

• Telecommunications industry experience.
