The Role:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing communications, assigning technicians, and resolving issues while demonstrating a high level of service and efficiency. Our goal is to ensure 5-star interactions and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication. Being a relatively small, local family business, we foster a positive, open, and healthy work culture at a manageable pace. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with rotating Saturdays and on-call duties only for Sundays. Client Support Specialists receive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $24, along with bonus incentives. There is no income cap based on productivity and personal commitment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.

2+ years of experience in residential customer service is preferred.

Experience in dispatching is advantageous.

Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Must have a clean driving record and be background and drug-free.

(Background check and drug screening will be conducted upon employment offer.)
