Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This position is responsible for auditing data integrity, supporting system modifications, and enhancing reporting capabilities to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of system enhancements to improve HRIS functionality.
  • Support HRIS upgrades, testing, and other technical initiatives as required.
  • Conduct preliminary testing and suggest enhancements for application modules.
  • Organize training sessions and develop user guides for end users.
  • Generate and analyze standard and custom reports to meet departmental needs.
  • Create visually appealing reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure successful system outcomes.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and analysis.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex software issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries related to HRIS systems.
  • Manage data analysis and reporting requirements for the HR department.
  • Assist in the development of tools and reports for HR functions.
  • Work closely with HRIS management to prioritize tasks aligned with business strategies.
  • Engage in special projects as directed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, with a foundational understanding of HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups; experience with PowerBI and data visualization is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.

Work Environment:

This position typically involves working in an office or remote setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional travel may be necessary.
