Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with experience in lean manufacturing principles and sales/marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including territory managers and national managers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Oversee all production aspects, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between manufacturing and sales to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple employees, departments, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
