Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, including sales strategy, sales team management, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions
  • Oversee all production aspects, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and quality control
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including territory managers and national managers
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities, analytical and problem-solving ability, and data-driven approach
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between manufacturing and sales to create a seamless customer experience
  • Ability to manage multiple employees, departments, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership in motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP & CRM software
