Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team at the Westin Riverwalk San Antonio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through effective account management, sales strategies, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a group sales or revenue management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue management, marketing, and sales strategies.
