About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team at Collins Aerospace, a leading provider of technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our finance team to support various financial projects and processes, including monthly closing and forecasting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the location's monthly closing and forecasting process.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and supporting analyses.
  • Analyze production/COGS variances.
  • Support other finance projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (or, similar presentation platforms).
  • Familiarity with ERP system concepts.
  • Intermediate to Advanced data query applications (e.g. Insight, Power BI, Tableau).
