The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office, carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via telephone and email
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock supplies to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, planning and expediting orders for supplies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Full-time in-office position
