Job Summary

Highbury Defense Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Program Executive Office for Command and Control, Communication, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide SIPR space security, calendar management, brief preparation, meeting coordination, and conference room scheduling in support of PEO C4I Security Office.
  • Execute space opening and closing procedures, check personnel for appropriate clearance requirements, and enforce rules and regulations specific to classified spaces.
  • Support the Program Executive Office with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience with NMCI and DISS/JVS is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze briefing material for completeness and / or clerical errors is a plus.
  • Experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze data is a plus.
  • Ability to liaise between internal and external NAVWAR organizations is a plus.

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,600 to $70,100.
