Position Summary

The Senior Architectural Project Coordinator role is essential in providing technical assistance to the Francois & Company Sales Team while overseeing projects to guarantee timely and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will cultivate and maintain a collaborative working relationship with our Sales and Operations Teams. They will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  1. Pre-sale:
    • Act as the main technical liaison with clients, sales personnel, and corporate teams throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate clear and actionable project concepts, design development, CAD drawings, cost assessments, and approvals.
    • Identify and address potential issues related to site conditions, design validation, and change orders.
    • Maintain strong rapport with clients prior to validation and final approval, ensuring that project scope and deliverables are clearly understood by all parties.
  2. Post-sale:
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive project schedule, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
    • Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts for the internal team, sales team, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
    • Contribute to enhancing and refining the customer experience with Francois & Company.
    • Keep clients and the sales team fully informed of all project status updates.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive post-sale experience for clients, reinforcing our commitment to quality.
    • Oversee necessary due diligence efforts involving the internal team, sales team, clients, and logistics partners, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained and delivered.
    • Guide clients and the sales team strategically through the design implementation process and quoting.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction management, interior design, or related project management fields.
  • Strong leadership capabilities along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to read and interpret construction documents; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus; experience with Sales Force and Stone Profits is advantageous.
