**Job Summary**

The **Architectural Project Manager** position is a critical role that provides technical support to our Sales Team and manages projects to ensure timely execution. This position requires a strong leader who can foster a collaborative working relationship with our Sales and Operations Teams, as well as serve as a liaison with clients to deliver satisfying project outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to the Sales Team and managing projects to ensure timely execution
  • Fostering a collaborative working relationship with the Sales and Operations Teams
  • Serving as a liaison with clients to deliver satisfying project outcomes
  • Participating in pipeline reviews and day-to-day planning, design, pricing, and scheduling
  • Identifying and mitigating areas of concern regarding site conditions, design validation, and change orders
  • Maintaining rapport with clients and ensuring that the scope of the project is fully understood
  • Developing a project schedule and maintaining due dates
  • Coordinating due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, sales team, and client
  • Ensuring that clients and sales teams are fully and accurately informed of all project status updates
  • Offering a high level of customer service and creating a positive post-sale experience for clients

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3-5 years of practical experience in architecture, construction management, interior design, or related project management
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to develop excellent client relations and consultation skills
  • Strong prioritization, project management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and an ability to read and understand construction documents
  • A working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in Sales Force and Stone Profits are a plus
