Position Overview:

The A&E Project Manager is responsible for steering complex interdisciplinary projects, primarily targeting federal clients while also engaging with a variety of project types. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets from initial conceptual studies through to construction oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a profound technical knowledge of construction documentation and design processes.

This role also encompasses:

  • Business development and growth initiatives
  • Directing and coordinating staffing strategies and activities
  • Excellent communication with project teams, clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Effective management of project contingencies

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Fire Protection, or Electrical)
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture or engineering, with at least 10 years in project management roles
  • Eligibility for security clearance as a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with federal Department of Defense projects
  • Familiarity with Design/Build project delivery methods
  • Active professional licensure in architecture or engineering
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (Revit), Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
  • LEED accreditation and experience with sustainable projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
