- Executive Administrative Support: Efficiently manage the calendar for the VP of Research Management, exercising sound judgment in prioritizing engagements.
- Document Management: Ensure effective handling of documents for the VP and the Research Management office while maintaining confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize agendas, confirm presenters, and manage participants for key meetings, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on action items.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily operations for the Research Management department, including managing non-personnel budget activities and coordinating incoming communications.
- Technology Support: Act as a subject matter expert for meeting technology and assist with maintaining relevant SharePoint sites.
Qualifications: A BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an administrative capacity within a healthcare environment. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
