Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet customer requirements
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert support
- Identify and recommend product enhancements to improve customer experience and drive adoption
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and negotiate billing and contractual challenges
